Info
Alex Warren brings his pop and pop-rock songwriting to Powderham Castle in Kenton, Exeter on June 26, 2027. After first building an audience online, he’s grown into a singer-songwriter with a clear focus: piano-led ballads, close-up atmospheres, and vocals that stay front and center. On stage, that translates into songs that feel direct and personal, moving easily between stripped-down moments and bigger, more upbeat turns without losing the emotional thread.
His writing leans into real-life subjects—family ties, grief, mental health, and relationships—delivered in a plainspoken, confessional way that lands immediately. Expect melodies built to stick, with a modern pop finish and a slight emo edge, in the spirit of tracks like “One More I Love You”. This date at Powderham Castle is set up as a chance to hear those intimate narratives open up in a live setting, where the details in the voice and the lyrics do most of the work.
