Info
Hudson Freeman brings his "EU/UK 2027" tour to Cologne on February 16, 2027, at the Yard Club. The Brooklyn-based songwriter operates in the self-styled "lofi folk": quiet, intimate, with deliberately raw home-recording vibes between intimate folk and muted indie rock.
In his songs, it’s less about grand gestures than about what lies beneath: faith and doubt, fragile friendships, the search for direction, and this diffuse unease in daily digital life. Shaped by a childhood spanning Dallas and Eswatini and later socialized in a DIY folk scene, Freeman writes pieces that feel like diary pages, yet leave enough room to find oneself within them. Following "I AM All the Ages I’ve Ever Been" and the 2025 release "is a folk artist," you can expect an evening that whispers rather than shouts, yet lingers long afterward.
