On 10 December 2026 at Epic Studios in Norwich, Artful Dodger brings a slice of classic UK garage history back to the dance floor. Born out of the late-90s 2-step wave, the project helped define that mix of broken rhythms, house swing and R&B-hook choruses that pushed the sound from the underground into the charts. Expect a set that nods to the era of standout singles and vocal collaborations that made the name travel fast, from the energy of “Re-Rewind” and “Movin’ Too Fast” to the slicker, club-ready pressure of their early run.
While the original studio duo split in the early 2000s, the Artful Dodger story kept moving on stage: MC Alistair and DJ Dave Low have carried the banner as a DJ-and-MC pairing, built for big rooms and festival crowds. The result is a night geared for rewinds, call-and-response moments, and that tight garage bounce that still hits when the bass drops.
