Jake Bugg arrives in Madrid with his Alamo - Solo Acoustic Tour, a date to see him up close, without a band and with the guitar as the focal point. On April 6, 2027 at Teatro Eslava, the Nottingham-based songwriter presents a more intimate live show, designed so that listeners hear up close that direct songwriting that brought him to prominence in the early 2010s, midway between indie rock, folk and Americana.
In this acoustic format, the songs gain space: sober melodies, dry strumming, subtle tempo changes, and his way of alternating the narrative with the more electric punch, although here everything runs through the voice and the six strings. With several albums behind him and a career that has moved from British folk to guitar-driven rock, this Madrid stop promises a retrospective seen in a different light, rawer and more intimate.
