Join the Daggio Quartet at Toulouse Lautrec on 12 September 2026 at 7:30 pm for an evening celebrating the music of The Headhunters, the jazz-funk band formed by Herbie Hancock in 1973.
Blending jazz, funk and soul with improvisation and grooves, The Headhunters helped redefine the sound of modern jazz. Their music remains influential today.
Featuring Jessica Bullen on saxophone, Chris Bland on keyboards, Jack Turnbull on bass and Filippo Galli on drums, the Daggio Quartet will explore music inspired by The Headhunters alongside original compositions rooted in the same musical traditions.
Expect an evening of grooves, improvisation and a blend of jazz, funk, soul and contemporary fusion.
