When Paula Ribó brought Rigoberta Bandini to life, she already came battle-hardened on a thousand fronts: writing, theater, dramaturgy, and a way of understanding culture without compartments. That background is evident in a pop project that blends light electronic music, disco nods, and a way of singing and storytelling that is very direct—sometimes almost spoken—where the intimate crosses with the political without asking for permission.
Rigoberta Bandini has carved out a space in Spanish popular culture with catchy melodies and lyrics infused with irony and nerve, capable of putting into words what many people experience without separating "high" and "low" culture. After La Emperatriz and Jesucrista Superstar, she arrives in Barcelona to bring that energy to the stage: a show designed for singing, dancing, and listening up close to her distinctive way of turning the everyday into song. She is scheduled to perform on September 11, 2026 at the Sala Razzmatazz.
