Jordan Rakei will land in Copenhagen on March 28, 2027 at VEGA with his blend of neo-soul, jazz, alternative R&B and electronic textures. Born in New Zealand, raised in Australia and shaped by London's vibrant scene, he has built a sound where his voice and warm keys sit close to grooves that shift between the organic and the programmed. He set the tone early with EPs such as Live at Recording Oasis and Franklin’s Room, and has since developed his universe through albums such as Cloak, Wallflower, Origin, What We Call Life and The Loop. Expect a show with tight yet relaxed rhythms, lush harmonies, and that sense of studio nerdiness translated into a presence on stage.
As support, Olive Jones opens the evening. The London-based singer, songwriter and guitarist moves between soul, folk and contemporary pop with an intimate approach to both lyrics and melodies. Her songs revolve around love, vulnerability and resilience, carried by delicate guitar motifs and a voice that cuts straight through without shouting.
