Catching Cairo

Born and raised in North London, Catching Cairo has been shaping a voice that sits right where emotion meets the dancefloor. Moving through drum & bass, jungle and UK bass with the ease of someone who’s lived those nights, she writes from real life, channeling love, pressure and city energy into lyrics that don’t overplay their hand.

Active since the early 2010s (first known as Tiffani Juno), she built her profile through key releases and collaborations across the UK underground, from Rinse and Maison Kitsuné to MTA Records and Digital Soundboy. Her vocals have since threaded through modern staples of the scene with artists like Kasra, Hybrid Minds, London Elektricity, BCee, Sustance and Mungo’s Hi Fi, and her 2017 track Touch with Hybrid Minds helped cement her as a name people don’t just feature, they rely on.

More recently, she’s pushed her solo world forward with the Aura EP (2023) and Bruz (2025), pulling in alt-R&B, dub reggae and sound system heritage without losing that direct, club-ready impact. Catching Cairo plays Strange Brew in Bristol on 20 October 2026.
