On March 18, 2027, David Walters returns to the stage at Salle Nougaro in Toulouse, with his distinctive blend of electronic beats and more folk-inflected writing, driven by Afro-Caribbean influences. A Franco-Caribbean singer and musician, he has navigated since his beginnings between club culture and blended songs, where the guitar can cross paths with more digital rhythms, and where French, English and Creole respond to one another effortlessly. Globe-trotter at heart, Walters builds a repertoire in motion, at the border of Afrobeat and kompa, hip-hop and Caribbean traditions. This date will notably spotlight Ti Love, his new album, whose title speaks of 'little love' in Creole: an idea of fraternal affection, generosity and gentleness, translated into Creole electro-soul. A concert conceived as a crossing, between groove, electronic textures and the warmth of Atlantic music.
