On 22 October 2026 at 7:00 pm at Exeter Phoenix, Tom McRae presents his career-spanning solo show, an evening of live music and storytelling that moves between the familiar and the overlooked, alone on stage with a guitar and a catalogue shaped by British folk and alternative music.
McRae's debut earned him nominations for the Mercury Prize, a Q Award and the BRIT Award for Best Newcomer. Since then, he has released ten albums, from Just Like Blood and The Alphabet of Hurricanes to his most recent record Étrange Hiver.
This evening draws from across that catalogue, with familiar songs, deeper cuts and storytelling between them.
