Info

Co-headlining Rough Trade Bristol on Wednesday 18 November 2026, lots of hands brings the delicate glow of into a pretty room, their first release on Fire Talk. Born from reworked demos, loose session highlights and sleek instrumental sketches, the record traces the quiet stretch between loss and renewal, adolescence and release. On stage, the Newcastle–Leeds duo leans into intimate folk figures, looped guitars and light electronics, letting murmured melodies open into small instrumental vistas. It’s a set where fragments cohere, where tender songwriting meets subtle texture, and where the duo’s patient craft does the talking.

Sharing the bill, Sundots is the songwriting outlet of Connecticut composer Drew Collins, expanded live with friends from the local DIY scene. Since 2019, the project has threaded freak-folk, ambient, slowcore and indie rock, with lyrics that read like a clear stream of thought. Honeyspot, released in 2024, sharpened that balance between softness and structure, reflecting on youth, attachment and the pull of the imaginary. On stage, Sundots trades the bedroom hush for a measured, human pulse, letting quiet dynamics, unhurried grooves and open-hearted vocals find their shape in the room.
