PIV lands at Cova Santa (Eivissa) on 7 July 2026 with a night focused on house and its offshoots. In the booth, Dam Swindle, Cinthie, Burnski and D Stone move the floor between the raw and the melodic, from filtered disco to garage and more pronounced percussion.
Dam Swindle, a Dutch duo also known as Detroit Swindle, bring a roots-oriented house with echoes of Detroit, soul and funk. Their approach revolves around groove: well-placed samples, driving basslines and track construction that breathes warmth without losing impact.
From Berlin, Cinthie, a DJ and producer who runs the Elevate shop and label, champions the classic school of house. A straight kick, lively hi-hats, sparkling chords and clipped vocals chain together in a precise mix that nods to garage and the euphoria of the dancefloor.
British producer Burnski navigates between deep and tech house with a polished sound: tight rhythms, enveloping pads and a steady pulse that leaves room for set dynamics. His studio experience is evident in how he meters tension and release.
Closing the night is D Stone, a DJ and producer from Amsterdam with early instrumental training. His sound links house, proto‑disco and garage with percussive elements, blending samples and played instruments. There are references to the disco and funk of the ’70s and ’80s and to ’90s tech house, but without gratuitous nostalgia: restrained structures, organic textures and a groove that commands.
