Venus Grrrls

Leeds-based alt-rock coven Venus Grrrls have been active over the past 12 months. Current single 'Ivy Tree' was co-written and produced by Max Helyer from You Me at Six and is the second of a string of singles they have worked on together following the release of 'Eighteen Crows' earlier this year. The band have received support from BBC Radio 1, 6 Music and Radio X, and coverage from Kerrang!, NME, Dork, Upset, Alternative Press, Clash, Distorted Sound and DIY. They have been regularly included on Spotify playlists such as New Music Friday, All New Rock, New Noise and Hot New Bands. Over the last 12 months they have supported Sprints on a 10-date UK tour and played festivals including Download, 2000trees, Reading and Leeds, Isle of Wight, Kendal Calling, The Great Escape, Liverpool Sound City, SXSW and the Royal Albert Hall for Teenage Cancer Trust, along with their debut UK headline tour. They play Belgrave Music Hall on 7 November 2026 at 7:00 pm.
