Info

On 4 November 2026 at The LCR in Norwich, Deaf Havana revisit the era of Fools and Worthless Liars while drawing on the evolution that has defined them since. Formed in Norfolk in 2005, the band first emerged from the UK post-hardcore scene before pivoting in 2010 toward a more melodic alt-rock sound with folk-tinged textures and more introspective lyrics. That shift crystallised on Fools and Worthless Liars (2011), then Old Souls (2013), All These Countless Nights (2017) and Rituals (2018). Now operating as a duo with brothers James and Matthew Veck-Gilodi, they’ve continued to refine that balance on The Present Is a Foreign Land (2022) and We’re Never Getting Out (2025), a catalogue that frames a set mixing early bite and later clarity.

Joining the bill, The Dangerous Summer bring American alt-rock with an emo and pop-punk edge. Since forming in Maryland in 2006, they’ve traced a path from the breakout Reach for the Sun (2009) through War Paint (2011), Golden Record (2013) and a relaunch marked by The Dangerous Summer (2018) and Mother Nature (2019). Rebuilt around AJ Perdomo and Josh Withenshaw, the band has kept momentum with the EP All That Is Left of the Blue Sky (2020), Coming Home (2022) and Gravity (2024), delivering direct guitars and clear, emotionally charged choruses.
