Info
On 20 November 2026 at Co-op Live in Manchester, Good Charlotte bring the Motel Du Cap EU/UK Tour to town, with Yellowcard on the bill.
Built around twin brothers Joel and Benji Madden, Good Charlotte came up out of Maryland in the late 90s with a sharp blend of pop punk and alternative rock. From the breakout of The Young and the Hopeless to the darker turns of The Chronicles of Life and Death and the more reflective Generation Rx, their songs trace growing up, family tensions and mental health without losing the pull of big choruses and tight riffs. On stage, they mix early 2000s staples with later material for a set that spans their different phases.
Yellowcard bring their Florida take on pop punk with violinist Sean Mackin at the heart of the band’s sound, a twist that sets bright melodies against driving guitars. Ocean Avenue put them on the map, followed by records through the 2010s and, since their 2022 return, the EPs Childhood Eyes and Better Days. Today the lineup features Ryan Key, Sean Mackin, Ryan Mendez and Josh Portman, bringing that violin-laced energy to Co-op Live.
