Zürich-based Pina Palau's music could be described as crushes and heartbreak meeting dry humour, vulnerability meeting warmth. Always from the perspective of a musician who’s quietly exploring the human mind. Live, her band offers pedal steel romance, western-style guitar picking and fuzz Telecaster flares. Hear it and you’ll understand why Pina is sometimes called the "Swiss sister of Adrienne Lenker".
Her new album, You Better Get Used To It, has been played on BBC Radio 6 and Radio X and led to a set at Bristol’s Ritual Union Festival. Pina Palau plays Sebright Arms on 25 October 2026 at 8:00 pm.
