Ultra Sunn

ULTRA SUNN, the Belgian coldwave and EBM duo from Brussels, headline Oslo Hackney in London on 18 June 2026. Sam Huge’s deep, clipped vocals lock in with Gaelle Souflet’s synths and bass, tracing a line between industrial bite and dark, dancefloor tempos. The project set its tone with the Night Is Mine EP in 2020, then pushed it further on Body Electric (2021) and Kill Your Idols (2022), with lyrics circling anxiety, the body and self-assertion. Their 2024 album US opens the palette with sharper hooks and broader melodic contours while keeping a club-focused pulse driven by drum machines and sequenced bass. On stage, ULTRA SUNN play it direct and physical: rigid kicks, cold textures and minimal, efficient arrangements that give space to the voice and to movement. The set bridges goth, synth and post-punk influences with a present-tense energy, built for a crowd that wants dark atmosphere and a beat you can follow.
