On 1 June 2026, Phonique will take over Electric Monday at the KitKatClub, Brückenstraße 1, 10179 Berlin. The Berlin DJ and producer has represented a Deep House aesthetic since the early 2000s, built on smooth grooves, clear textures and tastefully placed vocals. Tracks like “The Red Dress” (2004, with Die Elfen) and “For The Time Being” with Erlend Øye shaped his early years, accompanied by the album Identification. These were followed by “Good Idea” and “Kissing Strangers,” and later “Green Supreme” on his own label Ladies & Gentlemen — releases that further honed his melodic, quietly propulsive signature.

Live, Phonique relies on long-form arcs of tension, warm basslines and detailed percussion that oscillate between Deep House and a more techno-leaning edge. He weaves vocal fragments with restrained hooks, leaves room for air and dynamics, and thus creates a flow that steadily pushes the dancefloor forward. For Electric Monday, expect a concentrated, club-focused set that keeps Monday night in motion — elegant, rhythmic, without show effects, but with a clear dramaturgy that works its way under the skin step by step.
