Gotts Street Park

Gotts Street Park will perform on 3 December 2026 at the Melkweg in Amsterdam. The trio from Leeds creates an idiosyncratic soul sound with analog grooves, hazy atmospheres and the crisp precision of hip‑hop. They write and play everything live, which on stage is audible in compact drums, warm basslines and keyboards that subtly steer the melody. Their songs breathe time and space: repetitions that grow, small accents that shift the whole, and a patina that calls to mind tape and late-night studio sessions.

They have previously worked with vocalists such as Celeste, Kali Uchis, Rejjie Snow and Pip Millett, but live their own material takes centre stage: minimalist soul that leans on jazz harmony and rhythms that roll on hypnotically. Between instrumentals and songs, themes unfold that wink at seventies soundtracks while being kept sharp by the clarity of contemporary beatmaking. The result is a set that builds calmly, with texture up front and melodies that keep circling — a concert that makes the power of timing, interplay and a raw, warm tone palpable.
