Suzi Quatro

Suzi Quatro plays Arena Næstved in Næstved, Denmark on 11 December 2027. Bass in hand and mic up front, she comes from Detroit’s garage roots, first with The Pleasure Seekers then Cradle, before landing in London in 1971. Teaming with producer Mickie Most and the Chinn/Chapman duo, she stamped the glam era with riff‑heavy singles and catchy refrains: Can the Can in 1973, 48 Crash, Devil Gate Drive. Early albums like Suzi Quatro (1973), Quatro (1974) and Your Mamma Won’t Like Me (1975) framed a sound swinging between hard rock punch, boogie drive and a pop sense that sticks.

Through the late 70s she opened to softer colours and country‑pop twists with If You Knew Suzi… (1978) and the duet Stumblin’ In with Chris Norman, while also stepping onto US TV as Leather Tuscadero in Happy Days. Still writing, recording and touring, she blends the classic cuts with newer material, including Face to Face made with KT Tunstall in 2023. On stage, the set runs on bass‑led energy, straight‑ahead grooves and songs carried by her grainy voice, moving from the early hits to more recent work.
