Info
Bleech 9:3 bring their sharp-cut alt-rock to Arts Club, Liverpool on 5 December 2026. Formed between Dublin and now rooted in Brixton, the Irish four-piece revolves around the songwriting pair Barry Quinlan and Sam Duffy, with James Quinlan on bass and Luke O’Neill on drums. On stage, their sound swings between clear, melodic lines and heavily saturated guitars, a constant tension where restraint snaps into release. The band cultivates a visual, introspective universe that feeds the writing as much as the performance, giving their sets a focused narrative without sanding down the rough edges.
Early tracks like Ceiling and Jacky have mapped out their territory while they’ve been active on the London circuit, including support slots for Shame and Keo and a three-night residency at the Blue Basement. Live, Bleech 9:3 keep it direct, tense and melodic, shaped by a tight group dynamic and the discipline of constant gigging. The show threads those first releases with newer material, with special guests completing the bill.
