Basht. bring their guitar-led indie rock to KOKO, London, on 30 October 2026. Formed in Dublin, the quintet is driven by the voice of Jack Leavey, with Sam Duffy and Rossa Healy on guitars, Louis Christle on bass and Luke O’Neill on drums. Their writing leans on clear melodic lines set against saturated textures and tight, nervy rhythms, sliding between direct bursts of energy and a more introspective tone.

On stage, Basht. work with contrasts: dense layers of guitars, sharp dynamic shifts and vocals that cut through without chasing gloss. The band built its footing through steady live work across Ireland and the UK, then into Europe, sharing bills with Wunderhorse, Been Stellar and Goo Goo Dolls. That road time also took them to festivals like Electric Picnic, All Together Now and Supersonic’s Block Party in Paris.

In the studio, the Dirty White Lies EP set out their palette before Bitter & Twisted, released in 2025 on Lab Records, tightened the focus around guitars and melody without losing the grit. At KOKO, the set should trace that arc, moving from hook-heavy surges to tenser, slow-burn passages, keeping the voice and the pulse at the core.
