Info
On 7 November 2026, The Feeling play O2 Academy Bournemouth, Bournemouth. Formed in Horsham around singer-guitarist Dan Gillespie Sells, bassist Richard Jones, brothers Kevin and Ciaran Jeremiah and drummer Paul Stewart, the band built its sound through years as session players and long Alpine residencies under the name Superfly. Their music leans on guitars and piano, mixing soft rock and power pop with a clear nod to 70s and 80s British songwriting.
On stage, they draw across a catalogue that starts with their 2006 debut Twelve Stops and Home and Join with Us, continues with Together We Were Made, which includes a duet with Sophie Ellis-Bextor, and moves through Boy Cried Wolf, the self-titled The Feeling, Loss. Hope. Love. and 2024’s San Vito. During a pause in the late 2010s, Gillespie Sells co-wrote the musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie. Back with recent material and a live approach honed on the road, The Feeling stay anchored in vocal harmonies, singalong choruses and a clean, melodic production that defines their identity.
