Info
On 14 May 2026, Brighton Dome welcomes Kingfishr, presented by The Great Escape. Formed in Limerick, the trio of singer-guitarist Eddie Keogh with McGoo and Fitz navigates a line between melodic folk, alternative rock and indie pop. Their songs lean on close-knit harmonies, acoustic-led arrangements and understated percussion, with lyrics that look toward landscapes, family bonds and the awkward edges of growing up.
On stage, Kingfishr favor space and gradual build-ups: quiet openings, layered textures and choruses that land with clarity rather than gloss. Expect a set that moves from hushed, guitar-driven passages to wide, sing-along moments, balancing new material with the tracks that first turned heads. “Killeagh,” which climbed high on the Irish charts, should sit alongside early singles like “Flowers-Fire” and “Anyway,” reworked live with a little extra grit. No frills, no overplaying—just three musicians locking in and letting the songs breathe, the way they’ve shaped them across small rooms and festival fields.
