On 1 November 2026 at Manchester Academy in Manchester, Against The Current bring a set that traces the arc of their pop rock and pop punk‑inclined catalogue. Formed in Poughkeepsie in the early 2010s, the trio—singer Chrissy Costanza, guitarist Dan Gow and drummer Will Ferri—first took off online with covers and original tracks before moving to larger stages. Their songs hinge on Costanza’s upfront voice, tight rhythm guitars and choruses that slide between alternative grit and pop electronics. The night draws from early EPs Infinity and Gravity, the Fueled By Ramen debut In Our Bones, and Past Lives, which leaned further into synth-led writing.
