This Will Destroy You bring their instrumental post-rock to Scala, London, on 13 June 2026. Born in San Marcos, Texas, the group built its sound around patient build-ups, thick guitar textures and ambient swells, with vocals largely absent. From Young Mountain and the self-titled album to Tunnel Blanket, Another Language and the twin volumes New Others, they’ve honed a writing style that plays with tension and release, moving between hushed passages and dense, layered peaks. On stage, the pieces stretch and breathe, letting dynamics carry the narrative and giving space to drones, delays and melodic lines that surface gradually. The set leans into that cinematic sense of scale while keeping a raw, live edge.
