Kaitlin Butts

On 21 May 2026 at Limelight in Belfast, Kaitlin Butts brings her Oklahoma-bred country to the stage. Raised in Tulsa’s tradition and shaped between the red dirt bars of Oklahoma and Texas and the writers’ rooms of Nashville, she writes in vignettes: characters pris dans des choix difficiles, éclats d’humour, tension sourde et émotion sans détour. Her voice slips from hushed ballads to barroom swing and brisk honky-tonk inflections, always anchored in the song.

Expect a set that links the narrative bite of what else can she do (2022) — pieces that face addiction, domestic violence and family baggage — with the forward motion of Roadrunner! (2024), produced by Oran Thornton. The newer tracks move a little faster without losing the storytelling spine that runs through her catalog. Years on the road with Lainey Wilson, Turnpike Troubadours, Dierks Bentley or Morgan Wade have shaped a live approach that favors space, groove and clear lines, letting the stories land.
