Foreigner land at AO Arena, Manchester on 18 June 2026 with a set built around the songs that defined their sound. Formed in New York in 1976 by British guitarist Mick Jones alongside American singer Lou Gramm, the Anglo-American band forged a blend of muscular guitars, melodic keyboards and straight-to-the-point hooks. On stage today, Jones leads a line-up focused on the catalogue that ran through rock radio from the late seventies into the eighties, switching between hard-driving riffs and slow-burning ballads.

The show draws from early staples like Feels Like the First Time, Cold as Ice and Hot Blooded, through the punch of Urgent, and the widescreen choruses of Waiting for a Girl Like You and I Want to Know What Love Is. There’s room too for cuts from 4, Agent Provocateur and the later Can’t Slow Down, reminding how the band moved from arena rock to polished AOR without losing their knack for memorable refrains. A straightforward, high-energy tour through decades of Foreigner’s songbook, played by the group that keeps this classic repertoire alive on stage.
