Info

TV Girl land in Belfast on 26 May 2026 at Waterfront Hall. Born in San Diego in 2010 around songwriter Brad Petering and then Trung Ngo, the project grew from bedroom pop experiments into a trio with Jason Wyman and Wyatt Harmon. On stage, the band threads indie pop, dream pop and lo-fi textures with a sample-led approach, where chopped vocal snippets and dusty drum breaks frame Petering’s dry storytelling. French Exit (2014) set the tone, followed by Who Really Cares (2016) and Death of a Party Girl (2018), records that orbit themes of relationships, memory and quiet disenchantment. Grapes Upon the Vine (2023) widens the palette with soul and gospel inflections, material that reshapes their live set without losing the understated swing that defines their sound. The show draws across the catalogue, with room for nods to side paths like Summer’s Over with Jordana (2021) and the 2024 team-up Fauxllennium with George Clanton. A set built on hooks, loops and late-night moods, carried by collage, samples and a soft-focus pop sensibility.
