Frah Quintale, Tutti Fenomeni - Locus Festival 2026

On 25 July 2026 at the Fiera del Levante in Bari, as part of Locus Festival 2026, Frah Quintale and Tutti Fenomeni meet for a two-voice set of contemporary Italian urban songwriting.

Frah Quintale, from Brescia, emerged in independent rap with Fratelli Quintale and as a solo artist has smoothed the edges toward a more sung form of writing, light in tone but precise in rhythm. From Regardez moi to the Banzai diptych, he alternates airy pop and hip-hop cadences, with a spoken‑sung delivery that draws on everyday life — cityscapes, loves, distances. Live he focuses on melodic details and choruses, creating choral moments and a relaxed atmosphere that flows without strain.

Tutti Fenomeni brings a different register: cutting lyrics, disorienting imagery and a taste for verbal interplay that plays with high and low references. The sung‑spoken delivery leans on sparse, pulsing productions, with sudden shifts that keep the focus on words and rhythm. In concert they line up narrative tableaux and dynamic jolts, sustaining tension without rhetoric.

Two distinct trajectories that, on the same stage, chase and contradict one another, building a sonic dialogue that captures, here and now in Bari, a particular approach to songwriting in Italy.
