Info
Fat Dog hit Festsaal Kreuzberg, Berlin, on 6 November 2026. Born out of south London’s DIY scene, the Brixton five-piece led by Joe Love built its name on stage first, with sets that flip from deadpan absurdity to raw release. Their palette splices electro-punk and post-punk with rave mechanics: hard-stepping kick patterns, tense synth lines, feedback grit and a saxophone that cuts through with klezmer-tinged hooks. It’s lean, repetitive and restless, built to push bodies forward and let brains switch off.
Onstage, the band treat songs as moving targets, stretching them into industrial-pop blowouts or locking into techno-leaning grooves until everything blurs. WOOF., their debut album, pulls together the thread from early singles like King of the Slugs, All the Same and Running, but the material is designed for the room: snarling call-and-response, choruses barked as mantras, momentum over polish. Fat Dog bring a set that blurs mosh-pit energy with rave repetition, direct, noisy and intensely danceable.
