BAILE INOLVIDABLE brings together DJ Playero, Dinamarca and La Sofy on May 23, 2026 at Sala Apolo, Barcelona. A night centered on the dancefloor, offering three perspectives on reggaetón and club music.
DJ Playero arrives from San Juan with the experience of someone who propelled, in the late ’80s and ’90s, the raw perreo sound through cassette circuits and block parties. A producer and pivotal selector in those early days, he worked with Vico C and released mixtapes such as Playero 34, 37, 38, 39: Respect, 40: New Era and 41 — pieces that blended hip-hop, dancehall and rap in Spanish and helped define Puerto Rico’s old school. In the booth, that direct, streetwise rhythmic pulse translates into unadorned reggaetón sets built for sweat and movement.
Dinamarca, a Chilean–Swedish producer and DJ and cofounder of Staycore, proposes his own fusion of reggaetón, trance, pop and electronic exploration. His approach combines Latin rhythms with a futuristic edge, spectral samples and lucid melodies, creating a sensibility that creates tension between euphoria and melancholy. Live, he assembles a reconfigured reggaetón with agile dynamics and emotional shifts that drive the dancefloor without losing detail.
La Sofy completes the lineup with a Latin- and club-leaning set, linking current perreo, dembow and razor-sharp cuts to keep the energy high from start to finish.
