Black Coffee

Thursday, 1 October 2026 at UNVRS, Sant Rafel de Forca (Ibiza). Black Coffee returns to the island with his Afropolitan House signature: African percussion and urban techno pulses converging in a club set designed for the dancefloor. Since the early 2000s, the South African DJ and producer has honed a distinctive language between restrained-tempo deep house, soulful textures and a minimal but precise selection of vocals. Two decades on the road, a residency in Ibiza since 2017 and a GRAMMY mark a career accompanied by collaborations with Alicia Keys, Drake, Pharrell Williams, Diplo, Usher and UNVRS resident David Guetta.

After his appearance at UNVRS's closing party last year, he returns to construct a long-form session: elastic grooves, rhythmic layers that build by accumulation, and transitions that keep the floor moving without harshness. Tracks from Subconsciously (2021) can sit alongside edits and afro-house gems, always with that mixing approach that prioritizes repetition, space and dynamics. A night to hear how his sound connects South African roots and the global club, right in the heart of Ibiza.
