La Ludwig Band

On 24 April 2026, La Ludwig Band arrives at Sala B in Madrid with a new album under their arm — their most expansive yet: 14 songs that broaden their universe between folk-rock, songwriting and a touch of Americana. After four albums in four years, the band retains its approach: direct melodies, carefully crafted vocal harmonies and instrumentation that shifts between acoustic and electric.

The lyrics remain central, with understated irony and a quotidian perspective that brings to life characters drawn from friendship, work and love. They have already dropped hints with tracks such as Millor amb ell, Ha plogut des de llavors and On t’has ficat aquesta nit, which set the tone for a repertoire that grows in storytelling and texture.

Born in Alt Empordà at the end of the last decade, they have been carving out a place in the Catalan scene, rereading the tradition of song and rock bands from a collective, approachable impulse. In Madrid they arrive with a project that combines narrative and rhythm, seeking the audience’s complicity without losing the satirical spirit that has defined them so far.
