Jay-Jay Johanson brings Whiskey back to the stage for its 30th anniversary. On March 19, 2026 at Kafe Antzokia, Bilbao, the Swedish singer-songwriter will play his 1996 debut album in full, returning to the trip-hop pulse, hushed electronics and jazz-tinged moods that marked his beginnings. With his crooner voice and intimate phrasing, these tracks regain their nocturnal, cinematic edge, including So Tell the Girls That I Am Back in Town.

After Whiskey, the set opens to the rest of his catalogue with a best-of drawn from fifteen albums, moving from downtempo confessionals to a more electronic pop, without losing that minimalist sense of storytelling. Pieces from records like Tattoo, Poison, Antenna, Rush, Spellbound, Opium, Bury the Hatchet or Kings Cross sketch the path of an artist who keeps playing with texture, space and rhythm.
