Info
On 30 July 2026, 18b, Nørregade 18B, 7673 Harboøre, hosts a double bill with Norwegian songwriter Thomas Dybdahl and Danish singer-guitarist Rasmus Walter, two voices from the Nordic scene with distinct approaches to melody and storytelling.
Thomas Dybdahl, born in Sandnes in 1979, moves between folk songwriting, refined pop and discreet soul. From the early trilogy ...That Great October Sound, Stray Dogs and One Day You’ll Dance for Me, New York City to Science, What’s Left Is Forever, The Great Plains, All These Things and FEVER, he has built a catalogue of English-language songs marked by intimate vocals, acoustic textures and careful band dynamics. Also active with The National Bank and on film and TV scores, he brings a focused, understated craft shaped for close listening.
Rasmus Walter, born in Aarhus in 1978, first led the rock band Grand Avenue before stepping out solo in Danish at the turn of the 2010s. His records Rasmus Walter, Lige her lige nu and Verden i stå steer toward melodic pop grounded in classic song structures, a clear voice and introspective lyrics. On stage, he balances electric and acoustic guitars with a steady rhythm section, drawing a line from his rock roots to concise, mid-tempo tunes made for a live set.
