FKA twigs « Body High Tour »

FKA twigs brings the Body High Tour to Copenhagen on 4 June 2026 at Royal Arena Copenhagen. Under the name FKA twigs, Tahliah Debrett Barnett has built a singular space where electronic R&B, trip hop and avant-pop meet movement and image. Trained as a dancer before turning to songwriting and production, she first surfaced with EP1 and EP2, then the visual EP M3LL155X, sketching a language of minimal beats, digital textures and intimate melodies. LP1 pushed that palette into sharper relief, while Magdalene folded in more organic arrangements and a wider vocal register. With Caprisongs, she leaned into London’s club culture, weaving afrobeats, dancehall and off-kilter pop into restless, rhythmic patterns. On stage, the choreography is as central as the sound: contemporary dance, tightly cut visuals and precise staging frame the voice and its layered processing. Twigs co-directs much of her imagery and treats the concert as a piece of performance, threading narrative, fashion references and digital aesthetics into a set that moves from hushed fragments to percussive, club-facing rushes.
