Drug Church

Drug Church will play on 13 September 2026 at Dynamo in Eindhoven. The band from Albany, New York, moves between punk hardcore, post-hardcore and alternative rock, centered on frontman Patrick Kindlon’s dry spoken delivery. Thick layers of guitar, driving rhythms and straightforward melodies form the core, while the lyrics sting at everyday frictions and social dynamics.

Since their debut Paul Walker (2013), Drug Church steadily built on that with Hit Your Head (2015) and the EP Swell (2015). The move to Pure Noise Records brought more melody without losing impact: Cheer (2018) and Hygiene (2022) show that, with the EP Tawny (2021) in between. In this way the band traces a line where contemporary hardcore and classic guitar rock intersect.

Live, Drug Church pairs sharp hooks with gritty riffs, with tempo changes that alternate mosh-ready moments and breathing space. The set places recent material alongside older tracks, carried by Kindlon’s often ironic delivery. No frills—compact songs that hit immediately.
