Info
Del Water Gap — the project of NYC singer, songwriter and producer S. Holden Jaffe — brings the Chasing the Chimera World Tour to History, 1663 Queen Street East, Toronto, Canada, on February 1, 2026. Since the 2020 breakout single Ode To A Conversation Stuck In Your Throat, certified gold by the RIAA, Jaffe has drawn a line between melancholy, romance and introspection. The self-titled debut (2021) and I Miss You Already I Haven’t Left Yet (2023) set the tone with candid writing and guitar-driven melodies. Chasing the Chimera continues that path with songs about self-search and distance. On stage, Del Water Gap plays tight arrangements and unvarnished vocals, shifting from hushed passages to more driving sections.
Also on the bill, Hannah Jadagu blends Texas roots and New York life into indie pop with dream-pop textures and a bedroom-pop background. After early DIY tracks, she joined Sub Pop for the 2021 EP What Is Going On?, then expanded the scope with her 2023 album Aperture. Her songs look at the move from adolescence to adulthood, family ties and the experience of a young Black American woman, set on reverb-washed guitars, upfront vocals and discreet electronics with R&B shades. On stage, solo or with a band, she extends that studio palette with a direct, melodic approach.
