Info
SOAK comes to Berlin's mikropol on February 28, 2027 with 'Decembers On Tour' and brings Bridie Monds-Watson's songs up close. The project from Derry moves between indie folk, dream pop and alternative pop: voice and guitar are at the center, the arrangements stay deliberately lean and leave room for the lyrics to unfold. It is precisely from this that a direct, intimate atmosphere arises, where it's less about grand gestures than about small shifts inside.
On stage, early melancholically grounded tracks meet later material with more rhythmic movement and clearer melodies. SOAK plays with quiet tensions, warm hooks, and that calm resolve that runs through the songs. Thematically the set revolves around identity, bonds, and growing up — stories that don't need to be explained because they are echoed in every chorus.
