Info
On May 12, 2027, at The Forum in Bath, Mike + The Mechanics bring their Back on Track Tour, built around the band’s signature mix of pop-rock, soft-rock and big, singable choruses. Born in the mid-80s from Mike Rutherford’s songwriting drive during a Genesis break, the project has always balanced polished production with a real band feel, made for both studio clarity and live momentum.
Expect a set that connects their late-80s and 90s classics with the later chapters of the group. The show leans on the kind of storytelling and melodic hooks that made tracks like “Silent Running (On Dangerous Ground)”, “All I Need Is a Miracle” and “The Living Years” staples, then keeps the pace with material from their relaunch era, when the band returned with a refreshed lineup and a catalogue that still fits right into the British pop-rock tradition.
