Info
Archive returns to Poland with the Glass Minds & Not In My Name Tour, and on 8 October 2027 they will perform in Wrocław at the A2 Concert Centre. This is a great opportunity to see live a band that for years has mixed electronics with trip-hop and post-rock grandeur, without getting hung up on genre boundaries.
The core of Archive are Darius Keeler and Danny Griffiths, London-based architects of the project, which began in the 1990s with the somewhat avant-garde “Londonium,” and then steadily gained heft and melody. The setlist should not omit references to the pivotal period when the group rose to wider prominence thanks to “Again” from the album “You Look the Same to Me” — a long, hypnotic form from which Archive can craft a concert narrative. This evening promises to be a cross-section of their diverse faces: from pulsating electronics to guitar-driven finales, where tension and atmosphere are what count.
