Info
Giant Rooks return to Paris on 16 February 2027, at La Cigale, with indie-pop that knows how to grab you while giving you space. After Rookery and How Have You Been?, the German band continues its modern-pop trajectory without surrendering the energy of rock: lead vocals at the forefront, crisp guitars, drums that drive the beat, and synths that create a gentle tension. At the heart of the set are the tracks from If Heaven Exists, This Might Be It, the eagerly awaited third album, recorded at Real World Studios in the United Kingdom. Twelve tracks that address the need for connection when everything pushes toward isolation, amid manipulation, internal struggles, and a somewhat blunt lucidity. In concert, it promises a balance between more delicate piano moments and immediate choruses, with the direct impact of the singles 'The Future Is Cancelled' and 'Want It Back'.
