On March 5, 2027, at La Cigale, Palace is set to unfold its London-influenced alternative rock, somewhere between tense indie and restrained melancholy. Since their debut in 2012, the band has carved out a place with writing that leans on textures, supple guitars, and those ascents in intensity that arrive without warning. You can sense the taste for atmosphere and detail, already present on the first EPs, then developed on the albums So Long Forever and Life After. With the more recent releases, from Shoals to Ultrasound, Palace has broadened its palette without losing that sense of nuance that threads through their music: songs that breathe, choruses that settle in, and a tension that plays out as much in the silences as in the momentum.
