Info
Johnny Marr comes to Jacaranda Baltic in Liverpool on November 14, 2026 for a matinee album launch show built around his new record, The Age of Everything. Expect an intimate set where the songs get room to breathe, carried by that unmistakable guitar language: tight arpeggios, rhythmic counter-lines, and melodies that slip in like a second vocal.
From his years shaping The Smiths’ nervous, bright pop to the detours with The The, Electronic, Modest Mouse or The Cribs, Marr has always kept the focus on movement and precision rather than flashy solos. On his more recent solo releases, he pushes a direct alternative-rock energy, sometimes brushing up against sleek synth textures without losing the punch of concise songwriting. This Liverpool date is a chance to hear how those new tracks land live, up close, with the kind of playing that turns every chorus into a hook you can hum.
