Info
On May 30, 2027, HENGE lands at The Mod Club in Toronto with its strange, sci‑fi-tinted live universe and a sound that never sits still. Born in Manchester in 2015, the British quartet threads together psychedelic and space rock, electronics, and avant-pop in what they call “cosmic dross”: synth lines that spiral, a bass that drives the whole thing forward, motorik drums, and guitars with sharp, acidic edges.
Onstage, the band leans into its characters and narratives (Zpor, Goo, Sol and Nom), turning the set into more than a concert: part song-based rush, part repetitive trance, part experimental drift. Expect the repertoire to pull from the arc of releases that shaped their world, from Attention Earth! and ExoKosm to Alpha Test 4 and Journey to Voltus B, with that festival-hardened live energy at the center.
