On June 8, 2027, Tame Impala will land at Rotterdam Ahoy with the Deadbeat Tour, a next step after the sold-out runs of 2025 and 2026. Kevin Parker remains the beating heart: he writes, produces and builds the songs layer by layer, where psychedelic pop, electronics and club influences meet. Live, that translates into long, hypnotic grooves, punchy drums and synths that can sound both dreamy and sharp, with room for both new Deadbeat tracks and recognizable moments from InnerSpeaker, Lonerism, Currents and The Slow Rush.
As support, Wet Leg will join: Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers bring their dry-witted indie rock with direct guitars and vocals that hover between talking and singing. Since “Chaise Longue” and Wet Leg's debut album, they have established a style that fuses post-punk and pop without detours, and on stage it grows into a tight, energetic set that sits nicely alongside Tame Impala's polished sound.
