Two strong voices of American independent hip hop converge live: Fly Anakin and Quelle Chris on the same stage on Friday, November 6, 2026 at Arci Biko in Milan.
Fly Anakin hails from Richmond, Virginia, and brings dense yet fluid rap, full of everyday details, technical twists, and a lo-fi flavor that updates the underground tradition without nostalgia. After years of records, tapes and collective projects, and after collaborations with Pink Siifu on FlySiifu’s and $mokebreak, he presents live the most recent phase of his journey, tied to the release of (The) Forever Dream, published by Lex Records with executive production by Quelle Chris.
Quelle Chris, a rapper and producer tied to the Detroit scene, is one of those who know how to push rap in a different direction: razor-sharp writing, irony, introspection and offbeat sound choices but always functional. Between records he has woven his name with many different worlds, from Jean Grae to Danny Brown, via Roc Marciano and Open Mike Eagle, and in this live show he puts his vision in direct contact with Fly Anakin's.
To open and close the evening, a DJ set by Steve Dub.
