Having fallen under the charm of Jacques Brel at the age of thirteen, HK takes us on the trail of his idol, from the flat country to the Marquesas Islands, via the Olympia.
Between daydream and reality, HK, accompanied by Adrienne Auclair on cello and Thibault Delbart on piano and guitar, revisits iconic songs by Jacques Brel while telling us his own story. A story like a song, inspired by Jacques Brel's work: that of a child who became an artist, and of an artist who remained a child. HK tells us how Jacques Brel burst into his life one day, instilling in him the idea that to realize one's childhood dreams, one often only needs the desire and the courage to pursue them.
