Born in Toronto, raised in Wichita and later based in Los Angeles, Tiffany Day first gained recognition online, between YouTube videos and a clip that went viral in 2017 when she sang in a well in Italy. Since then, she writes, produces, and performs a deeply personal pop music, initially shaped by bedroom pop and indie pop: clear melodies, light electronic textures, and first-person lyrics.
Over the years, her music has moved toward a more digital electropop, with an increasingly pronounced hyperpop shift in the mid-2020s. After Overdramatic (2020) and her series of projects (The Recovery, The Dependency, The Renewal, The Gratitude), she broadened her format with Lover Tofu Fruit (2024), followed by Halo (2026), where the intimate meets sharper, more fragmented productions.
